The Ibn Haldun University Administrative Staff Club held an enjoyable and educational Tiramisu Workshop event for our administrative staff on Tuesday, January 13.
The event was organized in two groups between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. Led by experienced instructor Usta Sefa Sabırlı, the workshop gave participants the opportunity to learn the steps of making tiramisu hands-on, discover the secrets of tiramisu, and enjoy the pleasure of cooking together in the kitchen.
At the end of the workshop, participants tasted the tiramisu they had prepared themselves, taking a short but sweet break from their daily work routine.
